MOQ depends on the product and supplier. Generally, MOQs range from 100 to 500 units for textiles, and can go as low as 50 for certain accessories. We systematically negotiate MOQs on your behalf.
Allow 15 to 30 days for production depending on complexity, then 25-35 days by sea or 7-10 days by air. We provide a detailed schedule as soon as the order is confirmed.
We vet the supplier before the order, follow progress during production and run a check before shipment. Any discrepancy is settled with the factory while the balance is still unpaid, that is when you still have leverage. Depending on what is at stake, we bring in an independent body such as Bureau Veritas, Intertek or SGS.
Payments to the supplier are usually made by T/T transfer, with a deposit at order and the balance before shipment. For larger orders, a letter of credit is possible. The detail of our own remuneration is presented during your first conversation, before any commitment.
Yes. We arrange accompanied factory visits, with translation and on-site logistics.
Yes, on the part that concerns us: finding the manufacturer, negotiating MOQ and price, getting your samples produced, putting your brand on the product and packaging, and checking quality before shipment. We do not, however, handle your seller account, FBA labelling or shipping into Amazon warehouses, that is not our trade, and we would rather say so than learn at your expense. Our scope ends at your warehouse, or your logistics provider's.
