A team on the ground, not an online directory.

How we work

Three convictions that shape how we work.

Depth before breadth

We source in China, and only in China. Claiming forty countries would sell better; genuinely knowing the industrial clusters of one country is more useful to you.

We speak the supplier's language

We work in French, English, Russian and Chinese. Negotiating in the supplier's own language saves time and gets better terms.

Saying no when it is warranted

We sometimes advise against a project, a volume or a supplier, even when it costs us the order. A client who loses money on their first import does not come back.

Where we operate

We source in China, and we know which region to look in for your product.

Each region has its own specialisation and its own network of factories.

Shandong

Industrial equipment, mechanical parts, food processing

Jiangsu

Machinery, electrical equipment, technical textiles

Zhejiang & Yiwu

Small goods, accessories, homeware, textiles

Fujian

Footwear, sporting goods, luggage

Guangdong

Electronics, plastics, small appliances

To be clear

What we are not.

Most bad sourcing experiences start with a misunderstanding about the provider's role. Better to clear it up now.

  • We are not a factory. We manufacture nothing ourselves.
  • We are not a platform. There is no software to learn.
  • We do not run your store or your seller account. Our scope ends at your warehouse.
  • We do not promise the lowest price on the market. We aim for the best balance of price, quality and risk.
Our working languages

We work in four languages.

Speaking the supplier's language makes exchanges faster and more precise.

A badly translated specification costs you twice: in lost time, then in parts that do not match.

The best way to judge us is to talk to us.

A free first conversation will tell you more about how we work than any about page.
